Windsor Lake Townhomes

Windsor Lake is a townhome community consisting of 283 units within 53 buildings.

Eastbrook Construction removed over 20 thousand square feet of failed stucco cladding and repaired rotten wood framed dwelling unit walls, parapet walls, and decorative architectural features. We utilized various waterproofing components such as self-adhered flashings, metal flashings, metal caps, sealants, and building wrap to properly weatherproof the building assemblies. Additionally, Eastbrook resealed and painted the entire community. Other services provided during the project included pergola replacement, facilitation of community color changes, and value engineering to meet the association's budgetary constraints.

The project was 6 months in duration and was completed on time and on budget.
