We do not sell your personal information.
Project data is isolated per client using row-level security, so one client cannot see another client's data. Files, documents, photos, and camera media are kept in private storage and served only through short-lived, signed links to authorized users. Data is encrypted in transit, and our hosting and database providers encrypt stored data at rest.
We use trusted third-party service providers to help us operate the Site and the Portal. We share information with them only as needed to provide the service and under their confidentiality and security obligations. The categories of providers are:

We do not publish the specific named vendors in each category; a current list is available on request. We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect rights and safety.
Cameras monitor active jobsites. Footage is used for project documentation and monitoring and is accessible only to authorized users for the relevant project. Audio capture is disabled by default and, where used, follows Florida's two-party-consent law with appropriate consent and signage.
We keep information for as long as needed to provide the Portal and for your project, then for a reasonable period afterward for recordkeeping, legal, and business purposes.
Public website. The Site uses Google Analytics to help us understand how visitors use it — pages visited, approximate (city-level) location, and device/browser type. The Site's contact forms use Google reCAPTCHA to block automated spam. These services set the following cookies:

These cookies are used for site measurement and spam prevention only — we do not use advertising cookies, and we do not sell or share this data for marketing. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, or opt out of Google Analytics using Google's browser opt-out add-on; the Site works normally without them. Our pages also load fonts from Google Fonts, which means your browser sends standard technical information (such as your IP address) to Google when the font files are retrieved; Google Fonts does not set cookies.
Client Portal. The Portal does not use analytics, advertising, or tracking cookies. It uses essential first-party browser storage (localStorage) only: your sign-in session token, your light/dark theme preference, and minor interface state such as your selected project. This storage is required for the Portal to work and is removed when you clear your browser data.
Caching. Like most websites, your browser and our hosting provider's content-delivery network may temporarily cache static Site files (pages, images, stylesheets) for performance. You can clear your browser's cache at any time.
With your consent, we send operational SMS text notifications to staff and authorized users — for example, an alert when a site photo or video is requested in the Portal. By providing your mobile number and agreeing, you consent to receive these messages.
The website and Portal are intended solely for business use by adults. No one under 18 is permitted to use the Portal. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If we become aware that we have collected information from a person under 18, we will delete it.
We may update this Policy. We will update the version and effective date and may ask you to re-accept material changes.
