Project data is isolated per client using row-level security, so one client cannot see another client's data. Files, documents, photos, and camera media are kept in private storage and served only through short-lived, signed links to authorized users. Data is encrypted in transit. Cameras monitor active jobsites. Footage is used for project documentation and monitoring and is accessible only to authorized users for the relevant project. Audio capture is disabled by default and, where used, follows Florida's two-party-consent law with appropriate consent and signage. [Confirm retention period and signage with counsel.]
