Regency Gardens Condominiums

Regency Gardens is a condominium community consisting of 386 units within 20 buildings.

Eastbrook Construction has replaced rotten and damaged lapped siding and associated wood trim throughout the community. We have replaced rotten wood framed walls and floor diaphragms as well as completely replaced lightweight concrete balconies. We utilized various waterproofing components such as self-adhered flashings, metal flashings, horizontal waterproofing, and building wrap to properly weatherproof the building assemblies. Additionally, Eastbrook resealed and painted all repair locations.

The project is ongoing as the association's budget allows.
