Courtney Landing Condominiums

Courtney Landing is a condominium community consisting of 276 units within 15 buildings.

Eastbrook Construction replaced failed stucco cladding and rotten wood framed walls and floor diaphragms. We utilized various waterproofing components such as self-adhered flashings, metal flashings, metal caps, EPS foam features, and building wrap to properly weatherproof the building assemblies. Additionally, Eastbrook resealed and painted the entire community including balconies and walkways.

The project was 12 months in duration and was completed on time and on budget.
