Courtney Landing Condominiums

Courtney Landing is a condominium community consisting of 276 units within 15 buildings.

Eastbrook Construction is currently replacing failed stucco cladding and rotten wood framed walls and floor diaphragms. We are utilizing various waterproofing components such as self-adhered flashings, metal flashings, metal caps, EPS foam features, and building wrap to properly weatherproof the building assemblies. Additionally, Eastbrook will be resealing and painting the entire community including balconies and walkways.

The project is estimated to be 12 months in duration and is currently ahead of schedule and on budget.
