Compass Bay Townhomes

Compass Bay is a townhome community consisting of 346 units within 56 buildings.

Eastbrook Construction is currently repairing the failed stucco cladding and replacing rotten wood framed walls and floor diaphragms. We are utilizing various waterproofing components such as self-adhered flashings, metal flashings, and building wrap to properly weatherproof the building assemblies. Additionally, Eastbrook will be resealing and painting the entire community.

The project is scheduled for 18 months in duration and is currently ahead of schedule and targeted to be on budget.
