Reserve at Meadow Lake

Reserve at Meadow Lake is a townhome community consisting of 126 units within 22 buildings.

Eastbrook Construction removed over 30 thousand square feet of failed stucco cladding and replaced rotten wood framed walls and floor diaphragms. We utilized various waterproofing components such as self-adhered flashings, metal flashings, and building wrap to properly weatherproof the building assemblies. Additionally, Eastbrook resealed and painted the entire community.

The project was 6 months in duration and was completed ahead of schedule and on budget.
