Flora Ridge Condominiums

Flora Ridge is a condominium community consisting of 312 units within 13 buildings.

Eastbrook Construction removed over 50 thousand square feet of failed stucco cladding and completely rebuilt rotten wood framed columns from the ground to the roof. We utilized various waterproofing components such as self-adhered flashings, fluid applied building products, metal flashings, and building wrap to properly weatherproof the building assemblies. Additionally, Eastbrook recoated all balconies and interior corridors as well as resealed and painted the entire community. Other services provided during the project included concrete restoration of various balconies and value engineering to meet the association’s budgetary constraints.

The project was 18 months in duration and was completed on time and on budget.
